Q: What should I bring when dropping off my machine?

A: Please bring:

• The machine main body
• Power cord and foot pedal
• Standard presser foot (and embroidery foot/hoop if servicing an embroidery machine)
• Bobbin and bobbin case

Note: You do not need to bring your machine extension table, original box, or extra accessory trays unless requested.

Q: How long does a standard repair or service take?

A: Our standard turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days upon drop-off. If replacement parts need to be ordered or if complex electronic troubleshooting is required, we will inform you of the revised timeline before proceeding.
