We produce our lingerie in-house to maintain complete control over quality, craftsmanship, and ethical standards. It allows us to prioritize meticulous artistry over mass production, ensuring every piece is made with dedication and care.

Is your production facility in Singapore?
Yes, our atelier is proudly located right here in Singapore, where we oversee every step of the creation process personally.

How does in-house production ensure the quality of each piece?
Because we control the entire process, our artisans can personally inspect every stitch and seam. This direct oversight allows for immediate adjustments and an uncompromising commitment to perfection that's impossible to achieve with outsourced or large-scale manufacturing.
What kind of materials do you use?
We use only premium OKEO Tex 100 Certified materials, including luxurious bamboo, fine French lace, and high-quality hardware sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. Our commitment to excellence starts with the raw materials themselves.
Who are your artisans, and what are their qualifications?
Our team consists of highly skilled artisans with years of specialized experience in couture lingerie. They are experts in their craft, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to every garment they create. We do not engage in glueing technology for our lingeries.
How do you maintain consistency in sizing and fit?

Our in-house model is inherently more sustainable. We prioritize low-waste pattern cutting and responsibly manage fabric remnants by repurposing them for smaller accessories. We also minimize our carbon footprint by eliminating long-distance shipping from overseas factories.
Are your artisans and staff paid a fair wage?
Yes, our artisans are paid fair, living wages and work in a safe, healthy, and supportive environment. Ethical treatment is a core pillar of our brand.

Can I get a custom or made-to-measure size?
Yes, this is a core service we offer. Our made-to-measure service allows us to create a piece perfectly tailored to your unique measurements, ensuring a superior fit.
How does your made-to-measure service address uneven measurements?
This is one of the key reasons our service exists. We create a custom pattern that accounts for any subtle differences between your underbust and overbust measurements, ensuring a beautifully balanced and symmetrical fit without any gapping or spillage.

How long does it take for a standard order to be produced and shipped?
Ready-to-wear items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For made-to-measure orders, we will provide a specific timeline during your initial consultation.
Can I track the production status of my order?
For ready-to-wear orders, we will provide a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. For made-to-measure orders, your consultant will keep you informed of the progress.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders very quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Shipping & Returns
What is your return or exchange policy for in-house products?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 07 days of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items may be excluded.
There is no return or exchange policy for international orders.
What are your shipping options?
We offer both local and international shipping. For local Singapore orders, we provide standard and express delivery options. For international orders, shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination. You can view all options and rates at checkout.
Can I return an online purchase to your physical store?
Yes, you can. You can bring your online purchase to our boutique for an exchange or refund, provided it meets the conditions of our return policy.
Product Care
How should I wash my lingerie?
To extend the life of your lingerie, we recommend hand washing with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent and cold water. Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can damage the delicate fabrics and elastics.
Can I machine wash my lingerie?
While hand washing is always preferred, if you must use a machine, place your lingerie in a mesh moulded laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water. Hook all bra clasps to prevent snagging.
How should I store my bras?
To maintain their shape, store your bras by stacking them in a drawer with the cups nested inside each other. Avoid folding them in half, as this can bend and damage the underwire.

What Our Guarantee Covers?
Our guarantee is a promise that your lingerie is free from manufacturing defects. This includes issues related to the craftsmanship or materials of the product. Examples of defects covered by our guarantee include:
- Loose stitching or unraveled seams
- Underwires that break or poke through the casing
- Clasps, hooks, or rings that break under normal use
- Torn straps or bands that are not the result of force
- Conversion of maternity to regular lingerie
If you encounter any of these issues within 12 months of your purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the item for you.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover?
Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. This refers to the natural aging and gradual deterioration of a product that occurs over time with regular use, wear, and proper care. While our products are durable and made to last, no item is immune to the effects of ageing.
Examples of normal wear and tear include:
- Fading of colors from washing
- Stretching or loss of elasticity over time
- Minor snags, pulls, or pilling of fabric
- The natural softening of materials
These occurrences are a normal part of the garment's lifecycle and are excluded from our policy. We encourage you to follow our care instructions to help your lingerie maintain its integrity and beauty for as long as possible.
