🗓️ Rental Process & Bookings

Q1. How does the rental process work?

Simply select your desired rental duration (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), choose your start date, and complete the online checkout. Once confirmed, you can choose between Self-Collection at our studios or Doorstep Delivery @$45/location

Q2. Is there a minimum rental period?

Our standard minimum rental duration is 3 Days. We also offer flexible weekly and monthly rates if you require a machine for longer projects or upcoming creative workshops.

Q3. Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a fully refundable SGD $100 security deposit is required per machine at checkout. This deposit will be refunded in full within 3 to 5 business days after the machine is returned to us in its original working condition.

🚚 Delivery & Returns

Q4. What are my pickup and delivery options in Singapore?

• Self-Collection & Return: Free collection at our designated studio locations during business hours.
• Courier Delivery & Return: Flat-rate 2-way doorstep courier delivery is available at checkout for added convenience.

Q5. What if I need to extend my rental period?

No problem! If you need the machine for longer, please drop us an email or message at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date. Extensions are subject to machine availability.

Q6. Do I need to bring my own thread, needles, and fabric accessories?

The machine package comes pre-fitted with a universal needle, a basic bobbin, a standard foot, and a 1-step buttonhole foot. While basic test threads are provided, we recommend using your own preferred sewing threads, specialty needles (e.g., jersey/ballpoint needles for stretch knits), and project fabrics.

Q7. Is the FEIYUE FYe393 suitable for beginners?

Yes! Even though it features an industrial-grade servo motor, the machine includes beginner-friendly features like a Speed Control Slider, a Start/Stop button (sew without a foot pedal), an Auto Needle Threader, and an easy Top Drop-In Bobbin.

Q8. Can this machine sew thick materials or stretch/knit fabrics?

Yes. The built-in servo motor delivers high torque and strong needle penetration at slow speeds, making it ideal for sewing through multiple fabric layers, structured canvas, denim, as well as delicate knit and stretch materials.

Q9. What happens if the machine jams or stops working during my rental?

First, check our included Quick-Start Guide to ensure the bobbin is loaded properly and the machine is correctly threaded. If you still encounter issues, reach out to our team directly via WhatsApp or email. We will guide you through quick troubleshooting or arrange a machine swap if necessary.

Q10. How should I clean and pack the machine before returning it?

Please brush away any loose lint or fabric dust around the bobbin case, pack all provided accessories (foot pedal, power cable, presser feet, and needles) back into the padded carry bag/box, and return it in the same condition you received it.
